ich habe die KE zuerst auch nicht verstanden, wenn ich mir das aber jetzt so betrachte, macht alles Sinn. UPC will wirklich Uran produzieren. Das wollte US Energy nie und womöglich deswegen hat sich die Sache so lange hingezogen.

Du hattest gefragt, inwieweit die Sweetwater Mill mit UPC ausgelastet ist oder nicht:

During its three years of operation, the Sweetwater facility produced a total of 1,292,000 lbs U3O8 from a total of 2,340,535 tons of ore (sourced from an adjacent, now depleted orebody which has since been reclaimed), at a reported recovery rate of 90%.

The Sweetwater Mill has been professionally mothballed and is in excellent condition; the Mill also holds a performance-based operating licence from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, which was renewed in 2004 for a 10-year term.

Leider habe ich bis jetzt auch noch nichts finden können, wie hoch die tägliche Förderung von Sheep Mountain sein wird.

Interessante Neuigkeiten. Ich denke, dass die Roadshow weiteren Aufschluss geben wird. Die Investoren steigen ja zu 1 CAD ein und sind sich ihrer Sache bestimmt sicher.

Uranium Power Corp. has revised the terms of a previously disclosed private placement led by Canaccord Capital Corp. The offering will now consist of 10 million units at $1.00 per unit to raise a total of up to $10-million. The company has also granted the agents an overallotment option to raise additional gross proceeds of up to $2.5-million through the issue of 2.5 million units exercisable 48 hours prior to closing.

All other terms of the offering remain unchanged.

Die Preisfrage ist, was man mit dem Geld wohl anstellen will.
Nun hat Chris Healey in seinem Interview für Minesite.com am 20.02.2007 ff. gesagt:
“And literally all we need to do on that property to get us in full production, in terms of regulations and permits, is to recalculate the bond, get the bond approved and post it. We believe that’s about a 30 day process; so we’re ready to go on that very quickly.”

Nun - die 30 (Arbeits-)Tage laufen kommende Woche (KW 14) ab…dann erscheint die KE in einem völlig anderen Licht: UPC will tatsächlich mit Sheep Mountain in Produktion gehen!

Die Frage istr nun - was macht UPC mit dem Geld?

Ein mögliches Szenario: Sie wollen mit Sheep Mt.wirklich eigenhändig in Produktion gehen. Denn - im Minesite Interview vom 20.2.2007 (http://www.minesite.com/webcasts/commodity_watch_radio.html#c412) sagte Chris Healey folgendes:

Nun - die 30 Werktage laufen kommende Woche (24.KW) ab…dann macht so eine Finanzierung natürlich Sinn…

Weitere Akquisitionen werden ja ebenfalls nicht ausgeschlossen. Ich bin mal gespannt was da noch kommt. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass UPC sich auf die USA konzentriert und ggf. nochmal in Wyoming aktiv wird. Damit würde dann ja auch das Szenario einer eigenen Mühle bestätigt. Inwieweit wäre denn die Sweetwater-Mill mit dem Uran aus Sheep-Mountain ausgelastet?

Zudem gehen Gerüchte um, daß die 100$ für das Pfund Uran Ende März/Anfang April 2007 erreicht werden und Ende 2007 der Uranpreis bei >120$ stehen wird. Neben den ohnehin bekannten guten fundamentalen Fakten will die Gerüchteküche um Dines Empfehlung nicht abreissen. Er hat angeblich UPC als “die billigste Uranaktie der westlichen Hemisphäre genannt”. Wie gesagt - nur Gerüchte. Der Markt scheint es aber zu honorieren…
